Refund Policy

We want every coach to feel confident trying NextPlay. This policy explains when you can get your money back, how to ask for it, and what happens when you cancel. It applies to all paid NextPlay subscriptions and forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If NextPlay isn't right for you, we'll refund your first purchase in full - no questions asked - as long as you contact us within 14 days of the charge. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans, and to your first purchase of any plan tier.

2. Renewals

Subscription renewal charges (your second billing cycle onward) are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time and keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We recommend cancelling before your renewal date if you don't plan to continue - your subscription will simply run out and you won't be charged again.

If a renewal charge went through when you clearly intended to cancel (for example, you cancelled within 48 hours after an accidental renewal and haven't used the service since the charge), contact us - we'll review these cases individually and err on the side of the coach.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Email us at team@trynextplay.app from the email address on your account, or
  • Use the link in your payment receipt to contact our payment provider directly.

Eligible refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Payment Processing

NextPlay payments are processed by our payment provider acting as the merchant of record. The charge on your statement will appear under their name alongside NextPlay. Refunds are issued through the same provider to your original payment method.

5. Don't Recognize a Charge?

If you see a NextPlay-related charge you don't recognize, please contact us before disputing it with your bank - most cases are resolved within one business day, and a direct refund is always faster than a bank dispute. Email team@trynextplay.app with the charge date and amount and we'll sort it out.

6. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, including the 14-day withdrawal right for consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom.

7. Free Trial

NextPlay offers a free trial before any payment is taken. The trial does not require a payment method and never converts into a paid subscription automatically - you are only ever charged when you actively choose a plan and complete checkout.
