By creating an account or using NextPlay, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
NextPlay is an AI-powered basketball coaching assistant that provides strategic analysis, practice planning, scouting reports, and player development recommendations. The service uses artificial intelligence and should be used as a supplementary tool alongside professional coaching judgment.

NextPlay uses AI to generate coaching recommendations, practice plans, and analysis. This content is provided as-is and should not be considered professional medical, legal, or certified coaching advice. Always use your professional judgment alongside AI suggestions.
You retain ownership of all data you input into NextPlay (team profiles, player data, uploaded files). We do not claim ownership of your content. However, you grant us a license to process your data as needed to provide the service.
By inputting data regarding third parties, particularly minors (such as players on your team), you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary legal rights, consents, and permissions to share this data with NextPlay.
NextPlay offers premium features subject to recurring subscription fees. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize a recurring charge to your selected payment method (monthly or annually, per the plan you choose) until you cancel. Current pricing is always displayed on our website before checkout; applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) may be added at checkout based on your location. Payments are processed by our payment provider acting as the merchant of record.
Free trial: new accounts start with a free trial that does not require a payment method and does not convert into a paid subscription automatically. You are only charged when you actively choose a plan and complete checkout.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you keep full access until then. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase.
If we change subscription prices, the new price applies from your next renewal and we will notify you in advance by email.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses caused by service unavailability.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed after a 30-day grace period.
Expired subscriptions and trials: when your paid subscription or free trial ends and is not renewed, your account content (teams, players, conversations, uploads) is retained for a 30-day grace period and then permanently deleted. Renewing or upgrading within the grace period preserves your data. Accounts that belong to a club or academy organization are managed under the organization's plan and are not subject to individual expiry deletion.
NextPlay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Israel.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
